The new Injector Dynamics ID2000 flows 2200cc/min at 3 bar (43.5psi), 3300cc/min at 100 psi & a whopping 3700cc/min at 130 psi and are high impedance. That means no injector resistor or injector driver is needed. With the capability of running up to 130psi and flowing 3700cc/min, the needs for running multiple injectors per cylinder are gone on all but the most demanding methanol applications.

With the most linear flow in its class, great atomization and full injector dead time information provided, there really is no competition for the ID2000.


Each injector includes the necessary adaptor top and electrical connector. The adaptor tops mechanically lock to the injector and also incorporate a 7 micron replaceable filter. Available in either 14mm or 11mm top O-ring.

 

 

What's So Special About ID Top-Feed Injectors?

1: Dead time and flow rate relative to voltage and fuel pressure are fully mapped for each injector and then matched into sets of six. No other injector supplier provides this information!

2: Linearity, ID injectors feature exceptional low pulsewidth linearity for easy, predictable idle tuning and ECU compensation for changing conditions.

3: ID Top-feed injectors are available in 725, 850, 1000, 1600 and 2200 cc/min flow ratings (all rated at 43.5psi)

4: The lightweight actuator allows cycle periods as low as 1.07 Ms and safe duty cycles approaching 94%.

5: High impedance coils means resistors or an injector driver is not needed.

6: All are E85 compatible.
